Shipping
To minimise our environmental footprint, we pack our products in-house at Beechworth every Wednesday.
Shipped orders are via Australia Post. Shipping times vary from 3 to 10 business days, dependent on your location in Australia. International shipping is not currently available. On shipment you will receive a shipping notification and tracking number from Australia Post.
Local pickup is available at the Beechworth Visitor Information Centre (10AM - 3PM Thursday).
Note: While we do our best to make sure your new purchase arrives on time, delays may occur during high volume periods or from unforeseeable impacts in the Australia Post network.

Return Policy
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and not used in anyway with all original tags/stickers attached
- A printed copy of proof of purchase must be included with the return
- Items must be returned via post, with postage at your own cost. Exchanging items for a different size? Make sure to include a pre-paid parcel bag.
